Welcome to Summit Mountain Rentals and White Cloud Lodging. We are a locally owned and operated, full-service property management company offering high-quality vacation lodging in Breckenridge and Frisco, Colorado.
We manage approximately 55 condos and 35 private homes in Breckenridge and Frisco. We also own and operate the Hotel Frisco Colorado on Main Street in downtown Frisco. Our commitment to excellence is exemplified by the Summit Daily News giving the Hotel Frisco the “Best Lodging in Summit County” award for five of the last six years. We bring this same level of commitment and attention to detail—as well as in-depth knowledge of the local market and vacation activities—to the service we provide to our vacation property owners and guests.
Our Web site, www.SummitRentals.com, offers comprehensive information on all our rental properties. This allows prospective renters, travel agents, and owners to see property descriptions, photos, and amenities online, as well as check availability and book properties. Additionally, with more and more vacationers researching where to stay on the Internet, we employ sophisticated Web-based marketing using search engines, pay-per-click listings, and other tools to attract potential renters.

Management Team |
Mark and Mary Waldman are the owner-partners of Summit Mountain Rentals and the Hotel Frisco Colorado. Combined, they have more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience. After leaving Silicon Valley, they purchased the then-bankrupt Hotel Frisco in 2002 and turned it into an award-winning destination. They then purchased Summit Mountain Rentals in Breckenridge and, with their management team and staff, are now able to offer nearly 100 condos, homes and hotel rooms throughout Summit County. Their daily involvement in the business assures the highest level of quality and service.
Chris Love, business manager and owner relations, has recently joined Summit Mountain Rentals last December. He has been in hospitality management over 20 years. His experience includes a background in hotels, property management, homeowner associations and owner relations.
Derek Lindskog, supply line manager, has been with Summit Mountain Rentals for over 3 years. He has worked his way up the company. He’s responsible for all housekeeping, laundry, inspections and supply replenishment to ensure your home is in perfect condition at all times.
Rita Himmelman, maintenance manager, has extensive experience in the lodging, ski and hospitality industry. She is a 18-year resident of Summit County and has worked with numerous lodging companies in the area, as well as Breckenridge Resort. She manages all projects and work orders for maintenance and outside vendors.
Jo Ann Waldman, controller, has decades of financial experience running her own bookkeeping business. She is responsible for all the aspects related to our financial success.
Reid Lerch, maintenance, makes sure everything is in perfect running order in your home.
Rachel Purcell, customer specialist, is our lead reservationist and concierge. She has been with Summit Mountain Rentals for over 3 years and is very knowledgeable when it comes to our properties and activities around County.
