Housekeeping

First impressions are lasting impressions. Our goal is for our guests’ first impression of your unit to be held to the same high standards of cleanliness and presentation as we have at the Hotel Frisco, or in your own home. This is achieved through our trained staff of housekeepers and managers. We also use widely hospitality-industry standard supplies and materials for all our cleaning needs. These include:

• 280+ thread count cotton sheets and plush high-end towels
• Detailed inspections after every guest stay

Marketing Tools

Our goal is to make everyone money. Our primary emphasis is Web-based marketing through Summit Mountain Rentals Web-site, search engines, pay-per-click listings, and individual Web pages for each unit. We continually research and implement new means of marketing in order to maximize everyone’s return on investment. This includes:
