About Us - Mark and Mary Waldman

 After 10 years of working in high-tech Silicon Valley, we dreamed of living in the mountains near all the outdoor activities we love: skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, and more. After a year of travel – and checking out plenty of mountain towns for the right business opportunity – we purchased the Hotel Frisco on Main Street in Frisco, in the heart of Summit County, in 2002. Why Summit County? It’s simply the best all-around mountain location in the country!
After four years of hard work – and awards for the service we provide at the hotel – we decided to expand our business to include condo rentals in Frisco. We then purchased Summit Mountain Rentals in Breckenridge, and we’re now able to offer more than 70 condos, homes and hotel rooms throughout Summit County.
Even though we’ve grown, we’re still dedicated to providing the same hands-on, “mom-and-pop” service that’s made the Hotel Frisco so popular with visitors and locals alike. With Summit Mountain Rentals, we simply have more choices to offer for that perfect mountain holiday.
